What is Speak Peak Shine?

Speak Peak Shine is a confidence and communication workshop that helps students in grades 6 through 12 find their voice, own their power, and present like they belong in every room they walk into. We use the power of sales to teach real-world skills that work in school, interviews, college, and life. No scripts. No fluff. Just confidence that sticks.

Who is Speak Peak Shine for?

Speak Peak Shine is for students who are tired of shrinking. From elementary to Middle school, high school and early college. It is also for schools, after-school programs, and youth organizations that want to give their students something real. Something that builds confidence, not just test scores.

What will students learn in this workshop?

They will learn how to walk into any room and own it. How to introduce themselves without freezing. How to ask questions that build real connections. How to handle rejection without falling apart. How to pitch themselves and their ideas with power. They will build a sales persona, master the "Based On" bridge, and leave with a pitch they can deliver with confidence.

Is Speak Peak Shine offered in person or virtually?

Both. I show up in person for schools and organizations in San Diego. I show up virtually for schools and organizations anywhere. After-school programs and summer camps are typically in person. Whatever works for you, I will meet you there.

What does sales have to do with confidence?

Everything.

Sales is not about pushing products. It is about knowing your worth and communicating it without flinching. When you learn to sell, you learn to speak up, ask for what you want, and handle "no" without falling apart. Those are the same skills that build unshakable confidence in every area of life.
